The pool is community-run and community-funded — it gets some much-appreciated support from local businesses and small grant providers, but relies especially on donations, from the thousands of people who use it every year and want it to survive. We hope to win the support of external funders, for the significant investment that our 88-year-old pool will one day need. But in the meantime, it's your generous donations that are helping keep the pool open and free for whoever comes through the gate — while also proving how much our community loves its pool and needs it to keep holding water for years to come. Texting to donate doesn't always work for everyone, which can be frustrating for both the donor and for us!
